As the Korean Constitution guarantees the basic rights of citizens to privacy and confidentiality of communications, the covert collection of personal information and private information through surveillance or wiretapping is fundamentally illegal.
However, illegal wiretapping and leaks of communication information in our society have led to serious human rights violations and threatened the free development of individuals.
To eliminate the potential infringement of these basic rights and protect the privacy of E2TECH members, we hereby declare our privacy policy.

The E2TECH privacy policy is subject to change based on government laws and regulations as well as changes in E2TECH's policies. Members are advised to check the policy regularly when visiting the E2TECH site.

1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

E2TECH collects personal information from members in order to provide personalized services that are tailored to their needs. E2TECH offers various content and services, both free and paid, and can provide more useful information selectively based on the personal information provided by members.

In order to provide various services, E2TECH places advertisements. Based on members' personal information, E2TECH can selectively deliver ads that provide valuable information.

2. Collection of personal information and methods of collection

E2TECH collects the most essential personal information necessary for providing services when you first sign up.
The information collected at the time of membership registration includes your name, photo, ID, birthday, gender, cell phone, email, password, etc.
In addition, we may request additional information for specific services, such as a mobile phone number for identity verification or other additional information necessary for service provision.
Personal information may also be requested for group statistical analysis or prize distribution purposes in surveys or events. Please note that the information you provide will not be used for any purpose other than the stated service provision or purpose.

3. Retention and Disposal of Personal Information

While you are a member of E2TECH and receiving services provided by E2TECH, your personal information will be kept and used by E2TECH for the purpose of providing services.
However, personal information collected will be permanently deleted from the hard disk by an irrecoverable method when a member deletes their ID or requests termination of their membership in accordance with the procedure described in '7.
Access, Correction and Deletion of Personal Information,' or when the purpose for which the personal information was collected has been achieved, and it will be disposed of in a way that cannot be accessed or used for any purpose.

4. Provision and Sharing of Personal Information

E2TECH generally does not disclose or share members' personal information with third parties or other companies/organizations.
However, exceptions may occur in cases where the member has agreed to disclosure or when there is sufficient legal grounds to disclose personal information to take legal action against those who violate E2TECH's service terms or who harm others through the use of E2TECH's services.
E2TECH may share members' personal information with business partners to provide better services.
However, E2TECH will obtain members' consent before collecting or sharing personal information and will not collect or share additional information without their consent.
Members' personal information will not be provided to individuals or organizations that have requested advertising targeting specific groups based on factors such as gender or age.
In cases where personal information is required for statistical analysis, academic research, or market research, the information will be provided in a form that does not identify specific individuals.

5. Cookie Operation and Utilization

E2TECH uses 'cookies' to provide personalized and customized services to individual members. Cookies are small data packets sent by the server operating the website to the user's browser and are stored on the user's hard disk. To access personalized or customized services on E2TECH after logging in, cookies must be enabled.

Cookies help identify user information relevant to providing suitable and valuable services. By assigning a unique cookie to each user's browser, E2TECH can analyze user traffic, such as the frequency of site visits or total user count. 6. Technical and Institutional Management for Personal Information Protection

Your personal information is protected by a password, which only you know. Personal information verification and changes can only be made by the account holder who knows the password. Do not share your password with anyone. After using the service, it is advisable to log out and close the web browser, especially when sharing a computer or using it in a public place, to prevent your personal information from being disclosed to others.

E2TECH uses antivirus software to prevent damage caused by computer viruses. The antivirus software is regularly updated, and in the event of a sudden virus outbreak, the antivirus is provided immediately to prevent personal information from being compromised.

To prevent personal information leakage due to hacking or other attacks, E2TECH employs intrusion prevention devices to block external attacks and hacking attempts. Intrusion detection systems are installed on each server and monitored 24/7. E2TECH also backs up systems and data to prepare for any unforeseen situations that could damage personal information.

E2TECH limits the number of employees handling personal information and emphasizes compliance with this policy through regular education for responsible employees. The company's audit committee checks the policy's implementation and employee compliance, taking corrective measures promptly if any issues are discovered.

7. Access, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information

Members can access or modify their registered personal information at any time and request the deletion of their account ID.
